NASTAR LUMER (HomeMade)


Bahan A:
250 gr Margarine
60 gr Gula Halus (icing sugar)
3 Butir Kuning Telor (egg yolk)
1/2 Tsp Vanili serbuk/ Vanilla essence

Bahan B:
350 gr Terigu (plain flour)
50 gr Maizena (corn starch)
50 gr Susu Bubuk (milk powder)
(Di ayak jadi satu)

Bahan C:
3 Kuning Telor (egg yolk)
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tetes pewarna Kuning Telor (optional)
(Mix pake garpu/sumpit sampe tercampur)

Cara Membuat:
*Mixer bahan A sampai lembur tercampur rata.
*Masukkan resep B secara bertahap mixer dengan kecepatan rendah.
*Uleni pake tangan sampe texture lembut Dan tidak lengket.
*Bentuk nastar sesuai sellers.
*Panggang Dalam oven 140°รง 15 menit, keluarkan Dari oven Dan olesi dengan bahan C, Panggang lagi selama -+15 menit-sampe matang kekuningan.
*Simpan nastar Dalam tempat tertutup  setelah benar-benar dingin.

BLACK PEPPER - PRAWNS

Ingredients:
 600g prawns (trim prawns)
2tbs margarin
2tbs oil
1tbs ground black pepper
2tbs fresh black pepper
2tbs finely chopped garlic
2tbs finely chopped shallot
1tsp port wine 
 Seasoning:
1tbs light soy sauce
1tsp chicken powder
60ml water
Method:
Heat butter until melted put in prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes. set aside
Heat 2tbs of oil, pour in shallot, garlic, ground black pepper, fresh black pepper and stir fry.
Return prawns to wok, sprinkle port wine, add seasoning and stir fry until cooked ( about 4minutes).
Serve hot is very good taste, can add the chilli if needed.

BELGIAN STYLE WALLFE

Ingredients:
A-80g butter
  -100g sugar
  -1tsp vanila
  -3eggs
  -2cups milk
B-150g self raising flour
  -150g plain flour
  -1tsp baking powder
  -1tsp rum/brandy
**(Sift self raising flour, plain flour and baking powder in the bowl).
Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanila until smooth than add milk.
add the flour on to cream beat until combined than add brandy/rum beat until creamy.
**Heat the wallfe maker than put the cream, bake until brown and serve in hot with honey or toping your favourite.
